TriBeCa's unique history, geography and socio-economic qualities (or inequalities) make it a fascinating study in gentrification and urban development. After months of exploring, photo-logging and researching TriBeca, I created an activity map to encourage exploration by other NYC residents. The map is intricately folded and shows a historical timeline of TriBeCa on the inside flap, then a step-by-step process of locating the neighborhood within the city and local activities to take part in. |
