In 2008, two friends and I formed a group, Atomasonick. Together we DJed, hosted and promoted parties for various nightlife venues. That fall, we got the chance to launch a party that was truly 100% ours, called Disco Uranus at The VooDoo Lounge (now Marfa Music) at Lucky Cheng's. I was also responsible for creating the brand identity, which was inspired by our shared love for space disco. These assets were used to promote our launch party, one a poster, the other a flyer for distribution. |
